✓ As the management and employees of Ecoplas, we commit to complying with and practically implementing the principles of the United Nations Global Compact regarding human rights, working conditions, and environmental issues, as well as other core guidelines published by the UN.

✓ We commit to complying with all national and international laws, regulations, and standards in all our operational fields. Gaining the trust of all stakeholders—customers, employees, partners, business partners, and society—is our top priority. We do not permit or support any illegal acts such as bribery or extortion.

✓ With an awareness of our corporate social responsibility, we aim to be a company that is sensitive to environmental, social, economic, and cultural issues, creating value for its employees, customers, and country. In all our activities, we implement improvements that contribute to mitigating the effects of climate change around the world.

✓ Guided by our mission to be a company that "provides technological, economic, and eco-friendly parts and systems for the world of mobility," we prioritize contributing to the development of society in every field.

✓ We aim for continuous improvement through corrective and preventive actions by identifying risks in terms of occupational health, safety, environment, information security, and quality. We fulfill all applicable requirements (legal, customer, etc.) including ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001. We manage the process with the active participation of employees and periodically review our targets to improve performance under our integrated management system.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy: Our commitment includes, but is not limited to: Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), machine/equipment safety, emergency preparedness, incident and accident management, ergonomics, chemical management, and protection against disasters such as fire and earthquakes.

Environmental Policy: Our commitment focus includes: Greenhouse gas emissions and decarbonization, energy efficiency and renewable energy, water quality and management, air quality, responsible chemical management, sustainable resource management, waste reduction (3R: Reuse, Recycle), soil quality, noise reduction, and biodiversity protection.

✓ While fulfilling customer requirements and IATF 16949 standards, we produce products that fully meet customer expectations under the most economic conditions with a "ZERO DEFECT" approach and consistent quality.

✓ We continuously improve our products and processes by setting and periodically reviewing our goals. We use resources (human, natural, energy, water) correctly and effectively, following a continuous improvement approach to reduce consumption. We stay updated with innovations in our field to remain future-ready.

✓ Recognizing the value of our information assets, we fulfill related activities to identify, prevent, and manage risks to these assets. We provide the necessary technical and behavioral training to our employees to increase this awareness.
